It is Lil Lolita Boutique Challenges time again!! Gosh, we are having fun with these gorgeous girls from Tickled Pink Stamps. Have you seen the little sneak peak preview over at the Tickled Pink Stamps blog? or Store? Well... you will just have to wait until next week to see what is coming.
For now though, I have the lovely Lylah here for you for challenge #3 - NO DESIGNER PAPER! Yup, sorry, you have to make your own or just go clean and simple! I decided to make my own... and I actually did a bit of a Christmas theme for her. I have dry embossed the dark blue cardstock and then sanded it to reveal the white core and I have also used the faux silk technique for the music sheet piece that Lylah is standing in front of.
I think it is fair to say that we all were a little stumped on this challenge... but as we got going, well, I guess it is clear that we ended up all doing something different and fun.
Supplies used:
Stamps: Lil Lolita - Lylah, Magnolia - Large Ornament, Silent Night Background, Heart Seal
Paper: Red c/s - SU, Blue c/s - DCVW, white tissue paper, white c/s - XPress IT
Ink: Copic markers to colour, Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp Lylah and SU! Night of Navy, Creamy Caramel
Other: Lace, ric rak, ribbon, brads - from my stash, charm - WOJ, flowers - iamroses, Martha Stewart Snowflake punch, Stickles Diamond, Circle nestabilities
This is completely gorgeous!! I love the colours together and of course, Lylal looks divine, she might just be my fave, shhhhhhh, don't tell the others, lol!!
